Joana or Jo to the rest of the team has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science but that didn’t stop her from venturing into Dental Practice Management. Born and bred in the Philippines, Jo moved to Saudi Arabia to help establish a branch of one of the most prestigious Dental Practices there where she worked and honed her skills in Dental Practice Administration for almost 9 years. Jo decided to expand her horizons by transcending continents and migrating to Australia, which Jo and her family have decided to call their forever home. 

Jo prides herself for excellent organization and compassionate leadership skills. She combines her expertise in technology and experience in dental administration to promote efficient workflows and foster a healthy work environment with plenty of areas for staff growth. 

Outside work, Jo is usually nestled in bed, reading or binge watching tv shows or playing video games with her husband and son.
